HEEL PAIN CAN STOP YOU IN YOUR TRACKS

Let's get you moving again.

Plantar fasciitis can turn something as simple as getting out of bed, going for a walk, or heading out for a run into something you start to dread. When it keeps coming back, simply resting, rolling, or stretching often isn't enough. That's where I come in.

Your First Appointment

We start by figuring out what's going on. I'll assess your foot, ankle, and lower leg, look at how you're moving, and identify areas that may be contributing to your heel pain.

Treatment begins at that first appointment and may include:

  • Active Release Techniques (ART) to address restrictions in muscles and surrounding soft tissues.

  • Shockwave Therapy, when appropriate, for persistent plantar heel pain.

  • Foot mobility and strengthening guidance to help improve movement and your foot's ability to handle everyday demands.

You Don't Have to Stop Being Active

As a runner, cyclist, and outdoor activity enthusiast, I understand that being told to simply stop doing what you love isn't much of a solution. Whenever possible, my goal is to help you stay active while we work on the problem and get you back to walking, running, training, and doing the things you enjoy.

Experience Matters

I've been practising as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2000, with Active Release Techniques at the centre of my hands-on treatment since 2001. I've worked with everyone from professional athletes to weekend warriors and people who simply want to move comfortably again.

Still dealing with heel pain? Let's figure out what's going on and get you moving again.
