We all know Massage Therapy feels great…… and for some reason, people seem to look past the actual health benefits of Massage Therapy. I thought this was a fantastic Massage Therapy graphic to share. What startles me is the number of people that have Massage Therapy coverage as part of there extended health care….and they don’t use it.
Over all health and stress reduction can be greatly affected with Massage Therapy. I promise you the numbers of people that are off on “stress leave” would be greatly reduced if people started using natural therapies like Massage Therapy.
