This very cool app is easy to use and will keep you motivated. You can plug in any interval workout, stretch routine, foam roller routine or strength circuit.

It has alerts to warn you about the next exercise or intern=val with text to speech option or just a beep count. It can play music from your iPod while you are training or recovering.
