Tracy Montgomery
Tracy has a Bachelor of Sciences, with a major in Physical Education from the State University of West Georgia. During this time, Tracy competed in the NCAA on a cross country running scholarship.
Upon graduation, Tracy taught physical education and coached varsity track and field before moving into massage therapy. Tracy has developed a background in sports massage with experiences including the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Ottawa Rebel Lacrosse, World Cup Triathlon, Ironman Lake Placid, World Championship Ironman Hawaii, and by working with national teams including the Canadian Men's Basketball team and the Canadian Slalom Canoe and Kayak team. Tracy currently has a wide variety of clients range from national class to weekend warriors and individuals seeking active lifestyles. Tracy is fully certified in Active Release Techniques having finished Upper, Lower and Spinal Certification.

Michael Michaud
Michael Michaud is a member of the Ontario College of Massage Therapist graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1998. Michael is a member of the Canadian Sport Massage Therapist Association and has taught Sports Massage at an accredited Massage Therapy school. Before starting with Montgomery Massage Therapy, Michael has spent his time working in Physio and Chiropractic clinics maintaining a clinical and sport massage practice. Michael worked with the Ottawa Lions Track team in the winter and spring 2002 and has worked pre and post event massage at several Triathlons and Marathons. Michael is fully certified in Active Release Techniques.

Sarah Cuthbertson
Sarah obtained her Massage Therapy diploma at CDI College in Ottawa. Sarah completed an undergraduate degree in Communications, and spent six years in the Canadian Armed Forces working in various combat service support roles and as a Logistics Officer. Sarah is an athlete herself. She has a diverse competitive background in various sports including nordic skiing, biathalon, cross country running, rowing, and swimming. She has also completed a few half marathons, and has training aspirations to tackle a full marathon and triathlon. She is passionate about helping people avoid and overcome injury. As an athlete she understands the importance of a quick return to activity. Sarah is certified in Active Release Techniques for both Upper and Lower Extremities.
